I went to Guangzhou for business that day and searched for nearby restaurants. I had bookmarked this Ginza Restaurant before, so I went to try it.
This is a decades-old time-honored brand. As soon as you enter, you can feel the strong old Cantonese flavor. The restaurant’s decoration is quite ordinary, but the fact that it has been around so long shows its strength. We ordered their signature ‘strange-taste’ large intestine, and it was really delicious. The other two dishes were also on point. Overall, no mistakes.
If you value taste experience, this place is worth a try. But if you are particular about the dining environment, it’s not recommended.
