This restaurant follows the traditional and authentic Shunde cuisine route. The ingredients look very fresh, the cooking methods are meticulous, and the flavors are light but layered, which is exactly my type.
I especially recommend their herbal pigeon soup. The broth is clear and sweet without being greasy, and the pigeon meat is exceptionally tender. The heat control is perfect. It’s the kind of soup that makes you want another bowl—I almost drank five bowls myself.
