- Beef ball soup: The broth is clear, sweet, and delicious; the beef balls are chewy. A bowl before the meal warms the stomach perfectly.
- Braised beef brisket: Very thoroughly braised, the sauce flavor fully infused into the meat, soft and savory. The sauce mixed with rice—I could eat three big bowls.
