When I don’t know what to eat alone, I’ll order a white cut portion. The portion size is just right for one person—filling without waste. What really stands out is their dipping sauce; it truly has soul, adding layers of flavor to the simple white cut meat.
To be honest, compared to common options like braised chicken rice, Lanzhou pulled noodles, or snail noodles, I prefer this clean and straightforward taste. It’s comforting and more enduring.
