Today I tried the legendary ‘Aishangjun’ wild mushroom hotpot. After queuing for an hour, it truly lived up to its reputation! As soon as the pot was served, the aroma filled the air. There was a rich variety of wild mushrooms, with a delicious taste and a thick, mellow broth. One sip instantly comforted me, as if I had drunk the essence of the entire forest. The service was also very attentive; the staff proactively reminded us which mushrooms shouldn’t be cooked too long and frequently added broth and changed plates—every detail was perfect. The overall environment is clean and comfortable, and the dishes are beautifully presented. Every bite was satisfying and reassuring. If you also love the natural umami of wild mushrooms, this restaurant is a must-visit! I’ll bring friends next time to savor it again. 🍄
