After dinner at Nanning Mixc today, the kids clamored for ice cream. I searched on Dianping and chose this New Zealand ice cream shop—New Zealand Ice Cream (Mixc Store).
It’s not a traditional storefront but a cart-style stall, which is quite convenient for grabbing a treat while shopping. We bought a group coupon from Dianping for 99 yuan for three visits, and the kids ordered a children’s set. The flavor was indeed good, with a rich milky taste, overall decent. However, considering the unit price, the value for money isn’t particularly high—it’s the kind that’s “acceptable but not amazing.”
After checkout, they gave us game coins for a claw machine. The kids excitedly tried their luck but unfortunately didn’t catch anything.
It added a little interaction to the dinner.
Overall, if you’re at Mixc and want a sweet treat to satisfy a craving, it’s worth a try, but if you’re specifically looking for value, don’t set your expectations too high.
