I bought a Lexus here in December 2025, and it’s now about 300 km short of the 10,000 km service. The car has been running well. Recently, when I had it checked at Tuhu, I found that the lower control arm bushing was slightly cracked. Luckily, my car came with a six-month warranty, so I came back today to have Xiaobo Used Cars replace it for free.

While here, I took a closer look at their after-sales and showroom processes. Overall, I think their used car business is quite standardized, with mature management and procedures. They mostly use a fixed-price model, which saves a lot of back-and-forth haggling.

However, it’s clear that the used car market is highly competitive. The sales staff seem under pressure; I heard they need to sell over 20 cars a month to be rated five-star. The market is also sluggish this year. When I arrived, many salespeople were just scrolling on their phones, and there weren’t many customers.

The showroom mainly features traditional fuel cars like Mercedes, BMW, and Audi, with few EVs. Maybe they have more fuel car inventory, or popular EVs sell quickly.

That said, the after-sales service was good—they didn’t make excuses and replaced the part under warranty. Overall, it was a decent experience. If you’re looking to buy a used car or trade in your old one, it’s worth a visit.
