I wasn’t very full from the yakitori earlier, so I wanted to grab another meal. I happened upon this chicken rice noodle shop. Even though it was past meal time, there were still quite a few people inside, suggesting it’s a regular spot for locals.
I scanned the menu—prices were very reasonable, starting from 18 yuan. You can customize your bowl with your preferred toppings. I ordered a Li Ji rice noodle and added beef brisket. The overall taste was good—the broth was clear and flavorful, not heavy, with that simple and comforting Chaoshan flavor.
They also have various Chaoshan condiments you can add yourself, like soybean paste and chili, for those who prefer stronger flavors. Overall, this is a typical neighborhood shop—affordable and satisfying.
