I’ve already eaten at three or four Chaofa branches in Foshan, and this is the fifth one. This time, I happened to be at Ziwei Gang and thought I’d go up to the fifth floor to check out the new store. As soon as I arrived, I saw that only this place had a queue—it’s really popular. We waited about 20 minutes before getting a seat.
Today, the snowflake beef was already sold out, so we ordered wagyu brisket and diaolong (a cut of beef), three half-jin plates in total, plus some vegetables. The overall quality was as consistent as ever—no disappointments. The meat was top-notch, and the dishes were well-prepared.
Finally, I have to mention their fried rice—it’s already reached “cafeteria-level” status for me. I never miss it whenever I come.
